Get to know the professional individuals who power Process Management Consulting (PMC).
Brad grew up in an Army family and grew up in several states and different countries. He attended North Georgia College and studied business. After graduation he spent six years as a Field Artillery Officer. After the military, Brad worked in various positions of Quality Assurance and Plant Management within a poultry company for 12 years. Brad worked as a contracted auditor to perform multiple different Food Safety Audits for large retail chains and QSR chains. Brad has performed Distribution Food Safety Audits and is Certified as a PAACO Animal Welfare Auditor. As a Food Safety Auditor, Brad is qualified for numerous categories within the BRC scheme. Brad is a full time Auditor with some experience in Training and Food Safety Consulting. Brad and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
Jennifer is a poultry animal welfare specialist. She is a certified auditor by the Professional Animal Auditor Certification Organization (PAACO). She performs Poultry Animal Welfare Audits for Process Management Consulting.
Jennifer has worked 25+ years for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. She led as a seasoned professional in the field of poultry, disease control, biosecurity and outreach education. Served as Poultry Program Manager for the state of Florida and State Contact Representative for the National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP). She has a comprehensive understanding to the Emergency Management Incident Command Structure, ICS regarding Avian Influenza preparedness plans. She has initiated and conducted outreach education programs to promote good biosecurity as well as experience as a Biosecurity Consultant.
Jennifer received a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture – Animal and Poultry Science – from the University of Florida. She has served as a Volunteer Guardian ad Litem for the State of Florida.

Work with Mississippi poultry companies to assist them in finding solutions to problems that occur in all areas of production. Report research findings that could have direct impact to their daily operations in an accurate and timely manner. Answer poultry related questions from individual clients and conduct county seminars covering various aspects of poultry production. Oversee all 4-H and FFA state and district competitions in poultry. Teach commercial poultry production and Advanced Poultry Judging classes. Serve as faculty advisor to the poultry science club at M.S.U.
